  • Checklist

  • Before beginning, please review the checklist below to ensure you have all the required documentation and details to complete your application online.

    Applicants who do not have the information required, will not be able complete their application online.

    You must tick each box to proceed to the next page.

    Applicants should allow approximately 45-60 minutes to complete their application.


  • Each application should have a main point of contact. Their details should include name, email address, landline and mobile phone numbers where they can be reached.

  • This should include the name, description, purpose, and benefits of the project.

  • Planning exemption letter or planning reference number from local authority (where applicable)

  • The organisation constitution should be signed and dated. It should outline the organisations purpose, as well as its governance and committee structure.

  • Charity Number (where applicable)

  • Quotations must be submitted with all applications to verify the value of each item/service you wish to purchase. If any individual item is less than €5,000 (i.e.. Up to €4,999), a minimum of one quote is required. If any individual item costs €5,000 or more, you must provide three quotes from three different suppliers. Where a proposed project involves the contracting of work or the purchase of materials, three quotations from three different suppliers for each of these should be obtained and submitted, unless exceptional circumstances exist where these cannot be provided.

  • For expenditure in excess of €10,000 tax clearance should be available for both the applicant and service provider. If your application is successful you will need to provide a tax clearance certificate for both you, the applicant ,and the service provider upon acceptance of the offer.
